Refund Policy
At Kajicards, customer satisfaction is very important to us. However, due to the nature of our products, certain items are non-refundable and non-returnable. Please review our policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Final Sale Items
All items opened or revealed during live streaming sessions, including but not limited to card packs, mystery boxes, or sealed collectibles, are final sale and not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
These products are opened live on camera, and the condition, content, and authenticity are verified at the time of the live stream.
2. General Return Policy
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging;
- The return request is submitted within 7 days of delivery;
- The product is not listed as a final sale or custom item;
- You have contacted us at kajicards@gmail.com and received return authorization.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery;
- Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item;
- We will offer a replacement or a refund if the issue is verified and not caused by misuse or third-party courier mishandling.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Products opened during livestreams;
- Mystery boxes and blind packs;
- Sale or clearance items;
- Gift cards;
- Customized or personalized products.
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged due to our error. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at kajicards@gmail.com.
6. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
- We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
7. Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account and contact your credit card company. If you still have not received your refund, contact us at kajicards@gmail.com.
